Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of nine members, elected in November/December to a two year term, which commences January 1st of the year following their election. Five Directors are elected in odd numbered years, four are elected in even numbered years. Vacancies may be filled by the President, subject to the approval of the Board. Any member in good standing may run for the Board. Elections are normally held in December of each year. Those Directors who are elected assume office  at the first Board Meeting in January.

Officers of the Association are elected from the Board, by a vote of the Directors at the first Board meeting of each calendar year.
