The Annual General Membership Meeting is traditionally held on the Saturday morning of the Thanksgiving Weekend.
Special General Membership Meetings may be called by the Board of Directors, subject to announcement, and written advance notice to the membership.

Board of Directors Meetings are typically held on the morning of the fourth Saturday of each month, at 9:00 AM. These meetings are open to all homeowners, and invited guests of homeowners. The open Board meetings are sometimes preceded by closed Executive Board Meetings, at which sensitive or confidential matters are discussed. If you plan to attend, call the office to be sure the time and/or date has not changed.  559-642-3096
